Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IndianSmmZone, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.
Service Description
Our platform provides social media marketing services including followers, subscribers, members, likes, views, comments, shares, saves, watch time and other promotional services across supported social media platforms.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable platform with high service availability. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Services may be delayed, paused or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider downtime, platform updates, API failures, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control. Start time and delivery speed vary by service and are shown in the service description whenever available.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, comply with all applicable laws and platform policies, and must not misuse, exploit, hack or interfere with the platform.
Order Requirements & Link Guidelines
• Always provide the correct link. Wrong links may cause an order to complete incorrectly and are not eligible for refund or refill.
• Use account/profile/page/channel links only for followers, subscribers, members and other account-based services.
• Use post/reel/video/content links only for likes, views, comments, shares, saves, watch time and similar services.
• Instagram Comment Likes and YouTube Comment Likes require the direct comment link.
• Contact support before ordering if you are unsure which link to use.
• Keep your account PUBLIC before placing an order, during processing and after completion if refill is available.
• Private accounts are not eligible for refill. If an order completes while your account is private, no refund or refill will be provided.
• Do not change your username while an order is in progress. If the service includes refill, do not change your username until the refill period has expired.
• Do not place duplicate orders for the same service on the same link while a previous order is in progress. Duplicate orders may cause both orders to get
stuck or be marked as completed without delivery. In such cases, no refund or refill will be provided. Always wait for your previous order to complete
before placing another order.
• Read every service description carefully before ordering. Start time, speed, refill eligibility and other conditions differ between services.
• If a service performs exactly as described but not as you expected because you did not read the description, we are not responsible.
• Cancellation requests are not always immediate. Where provider or platform issues exist, cancellation may take between 6 and 48 hours depending on the
nature of the issue.
• Orders placed using invalid, deleted, restricted, inaccessible or incorrect links/accounts are not eligible for refund or refill.
Start Count End Count And Order Guarantee
• All services are provided based on your Start Count and End Count.
• Start Count means the number of followers, subscribers, members, likes, views, comments, shares, saves, watch time or other applicable count on the account, post or content when your order begins processing.
• End Count means your Start Count plus the quantity you purchased. For example, if your Instagram account has 500 followers and you purchase 1,000 followers, your Start Count is 500 and your End Count is 1,500. Similarly, if your post has 2,000 likes and you purchase 500 likes, your Start Count is 2,000 and your End Count is 2,500.
• Our delivery, refill eligibility and order guarantee are based solely on the Start Count and End Count. Any followers, subscribers, members, likes, views, comments, shares, saves, watch time or other engagement received from organic growth, viral content, advertisements, promotions, collaborations, giveaways, other SMM panels or any third-party source are not included in our guarantee.
• If your account or content receives additional followers, subscribers, members, likes, views, comments, shares, saves, watch time or other engagement from any source while your order is in progress, we are not responsible for any difference between the purchased quantity and the current count. No refund or refill will be provided in such cases.
• Likewise, if your order has been successfully delivered to the End Count and your account or content later receives additional followers, subscribers, members, likes, views, comments, shares, saves, watch time or other engagement from organic or third-party sources, any future drops in the quantity delivered by our service will not be eligible for refill or refund if the current count remains at or above the original End Count.
• Example: If your account has 500 followers and you purchase 1,000 followers, your End Count is 1,500. If your account later grows to 3,500 followers because a reel goes viral and some followers delivered by our service subsequently drop, no refill or refund will be provided as long as your account remains at or above the original End Count of 1,500. The same principle applies to likes, views, subscribers, members, comments, shares, saves, watch time and all other services where applicable.
Payment Terms
• Orders begin only after successful payment confirmation.
• Prices may change without prior notice. Existing confirmed orders are not affected.
• Supported currencies and payment methods are displayed on the platform.
• You must make payments only from a bank account, debit/credit card, UPI ID, wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet that belongs to you and matches the name registered on your IndianSmmZone account. Payments made using another person's financial account may be delayed, rejected, or require additional verification.
• Individuals involved in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities are strictly prohibited from using our platform. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or permanently terminate access without prior notice if we suspect any fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are credited only to your IndianSmmZone account balance.
• Refunds are available only for cancelled orders, eligible partial deliveries or services that cannot be refilled.
• Successfully completed and delivered orders are non-refundable.
• Deposited balance must be used on IndianSmmZone.
• Refunds to banks, UPI, cards, wallets, cryptocurrency or the original payment source are not available.
• Orders affected by wrong links, private accounts, username changes or deleted content are not eligible for refund or refill.
Service Information & Expectations
• 'Real' or 'HQ' refers to realistic-looking or higher-quality accounts and does not necessarily mean real human users.
• Services specifically labelled 'Ads', 'Real Human', 'Power Likes', 'Power Followers' or '100% Real' indicate real human engagement where stated.
• Purchasing followers, subscribers or members does not guarantee future engagement. You are purchasing the selected service only.
• We cannot guarantee future likes, comments, views, shares or other engagement from delivered accounts.
• 'Non-Drop' allows for normal fluctuations of up to approximately 10%. This does not mean the service will definitely drop.
• In rare cases, services may experience significant drops due to major platform updates, algorithm changes, spam cleanups, or policy changes. This does not
happen with every service, From our experience, the most recent major platform update mainly affected YouTube Subscribers and standard YouTube
Views. For better long-term stability, we recommend using YouTube Native Ads/Google Ads Views whenever available.
• Similar updates may also affect Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram, Spotify, and other platforms. These events are beyond our control, and
IndianSmmZone is not responsible for drops caused by such platform changes.
• Unless stated otherwise, refill is available only on eligible services. Follow the service description for refill conditions.
• Service quality, delivery speed, estimated start time, refill availability, and pricing may change at any time due to provider updates, platform changes, or
other factors beyond our control. The start time and delivery speed shown in the service description are approximate only and are not guaranteed. Actual
processing times may vary depending on provider availability, platform conditions, order volume, or technical issues.
Platform Disclaimer
We are not responsible for algorithm changes, policy updates, account restrictions, suspensions, content removals or any action taken by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Telegram, Spotify or any other third-party platform that affects service performance or delivery.
Limitation of Liability
All services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndianSmmZone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, fraud, hacking, automated abuse, chargeback abuse, false payment disputes, unauthorized access, multiple-account abuse and violations of third-party platform policies are strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, software and materials belong to IndianSmmZone or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which IndianSmmZone operates.
Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice for violations of these Terms & Conditions or any activity considered harmful to our platform, providers or users.
